Being united with God is my highest good. I have made the Almighty Lord my refuge so that I may report everything that he has done.
So, then, brothers and sisters, don’t let anyone move you off the foundation ⌊of your faith⌋. Always excel in the work you do for the Lord. You know that the hard work you do for the Lord is not pointless.
If we say, “We aren’t sinful” we are deceiving ourselves, and the truth is not in us. God is faithful and reliable. If we confess our sins, he forgives them and cleanses us from everything we’ve done wrong. If we say, “We have never sinned,” we turn God into a liar and his Word is not in us.
And God will save your everlasting soul.
People are getting killed everyday by the storms of life.
We are born to die.
Nobody gets out alive.
Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God.
If you must die, then perhaps you should find a purpose worth dying for.
My purpose is truth.
I love the truth.
I want everything to be true.
The devil is a liar.
I hate the devil.
I’m here to expose and destroy the works of the devil with the light of the Lord which shines brightly out of me.
What you see on the surface is only a reflection.
Below the surface, that is where the truth is found.
I see a lot of former addicts and alcoholics get into ministry once they get freed from their addictions.
It makes sense.
We find something that works and we want to share it with others.
But addicts are also really good liars.
We usually had to live a life of lying to everyone around us to hide our addiction.
Because we’re stubborn fools trapped by pride and ego.
I’m talking about material addiction to substances like food, alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, but I could just be talking about any one of us with our addiction to sin.
There’s only one cure that works.
His blood breaks the chains.
Without Jesus, we’re slaves to sin.
Don’t judge the addict just because they’re exactly the same as you, they just express their brokenness and moral depravity slightly more sincerely than you.
What am I saying?
We’re all broken.
We all need Jesus.
But watch out.
There are wolves and sharks and snakes everywhere.
Even in the pulpit.
Even on the stage.
Even earning tens of thousands of dollars per speaking engagement where they twist the Scripture and depart from the faith they once probably loved dearly.
Bad company corrupts good morals.
I, for one, do not approve of heretical teachings and those who teach them.
To follow Jesus, you must separate yourself from the lies.
If you shepherd a flock, you must protect them from the wolves, not invite the wolves into the house.
Change is coming.
God will not be mocked.
And tell those who teach false doctrine to be silent and to repent.
Save us from this wicked and perverted generation.
